Shift Time - 9 am to 6:30 pm.  Inspect the Centre on a daily basis and ensure that the entire facility including classrooms, washrooms, play areas, and the kitchen are clean, safe and properly stocked with necessary supplies. Check and manage inventory.  Create Value Proposition for perspective parents and enroll them in taking admission at Footprints center.  Parent Orientation session before starting the settling period for child.  Follow all the guidelines mentioned for Settling period.  Allocation of classes as soon as child’s name shows in an approval list.  Handover Welcome Kit to parents within 2 days of receiving.  Supervise the arrival of children at the beginning of the day; greet and interact with the parents.  Inspect and supervise cooking and kitchen activities.  Be available to answer parents’ queries and to interact with them when the school finishes.  Proactively being in communication with dis-satisfied parents and/or who are not in communication.  Oversee the dispersal of children after the school lets out; ensure that they are handed over to their parents/guardians or are sent home by school transport as per the existing arrangement.  Check the Parents’ App and emails for special instructions from parents regarding meals, sleep/rest, medications etc. and ensure that these instructions are followed.
