Job Description

Must be completed Chartered Accountant Should have expert knowledge of working on Tally (Knowledge of working on cost centers in Tally will have additional advantage). Would be responsible for overall accounts of real estate and trading companies as per details mentioned below :- 1. passing cash payment / receipt entries 2. bank payment / receipt entries with timely reconciliations, making NEFT / RTGS payment to vendors 3. Booking of construction expenses with cost centers into tally 4. Follow up with construction, marketing team / vendors for booking of bills against advance payments made to contractors. 5. Assisting consultants of the company such as Internal Auditors / Statutory Auditors for finalization of Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual results of the company. 6. Timely statutory compliance in coordination with consultants of the company. a. GST Working and Payment; Returns Quarterly/ Monthly b. TDS Working and payment; Quarterly returns c. PT payments & returns d. RERA working. 7. Limited review workings. 8. Ledger Scrutiny.
