I. Directing & Managing Accounts Department (including Branches across India) II. Responsible for Taxation & Internal Auditing of Groups of Companies. III. Reporting to Managing Directors & ensure they have timely, valid & accurate financial information to take strategic decisions. IV. Monthly preparing Consolidated P & L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement & Budget for Group Companies and involved in Financial Planning activities. V. Co-Ordinating with Chartered Accountants (Consultants) across the India for timely completion of all Assessment & Compliances. VI.
