Job Description: Delivery of reports according to targets and client compliance parameters Maintain high standards of quality of reports Maintain 100% SLA / TAT according to SoW Manage / coordinate the team and ensure the team is aligned and motivated Follow company's standard protocols and process Ensure high levels of interaction and maintain good relationship with clients Timely response to client's needs and queries Coordinate with multiple backend teams and ensure delivery to clients. Maintain SLA across various parameters. Demonstrate ability to absorb new knowledge and translate it to process changes Monitor the progress and keep the stakeholders informed proactively. Maintain trackers and logs on real time basis Skill Set Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact cross-functionally and/or with seniors, with an ability to convey messages in a clear and structured manner Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to detail Ability to work well in teams Basic understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc) Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
