📌 Job Description – Ward Helper (Female)

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Assist patients in moving from bed to wheelchair/stretcher and vice versa.
• Maintain cleanliness in the ward, including changing bed sheets and ensuring hygiene.
• Help in serving meals to patients and support them with basic needs.
• Assist nurses in daily ward activities and patient care tasks.
• Transport medical waste, laundry, and required supplies to designated areas.
• Provide basic support and guidance to patients and their attendants.
• Arrange and organize medicines, linens, and equipment in the ward.
• Respond quickly during emergency situations and provide immediate assistance.
