As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and accuracy in cost tracking. Additionally, the position requires actively engaging in cost optimization efforts across various cloud environments, balancing performance needs with budget considerations. This role demands continuous monitoring and coordination to support seamless cloud operations and contribute to the overall effectiveness of cloud service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Experience with Linux system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for system management.
- Understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
- Ability to monitor system health and implement proactive maintenance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
