Key responsibilities are: Calling the leads generated through digital marketing and referrals Understanding the lead requirements and advising the right next steps (teleconsultation with a Dr./ visit to hospital etc.) Ensuring all the leads are followed-up systematically to drive conversions Reporting of overall leads and conversions Key requirements: Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in similar roles Fluent in communication in English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam (Preferred) Smart in identifying high quality leads and ensuring conversion Basic excel and computer skills to drive reporting working for 6 days a week, with rotational holidays
