Must-haves: - Problem-solver: Use best of knowledge to provide solutions for operational and customer-centric problems. - Ability to take initiative: Should be self–organized, passionate and able to take ownership of the end to end functioning of the business. - Customer Empathy: To be able to think from the perspective of the customer & provide the best experience to them. - Good Knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets - Entrepreneurial Spirit: Desire to manage and grow the business with a sense of ownership - Client Communication: Ability to interact with the clients with the objective to provide the best customer experience What You'll Do: - Coordinate with Scheduling of daily deliveries of the product - Interacting with the Customer to help them make the right product choice and resolve their problems in case any arises - Coordinating with the in-house logistic team and third-party delivery partners - Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. - Assist with refunds or exchanges. - Cross-sell/ Upsell our products and Inform customer of deals and promotions. - Create or cancel orders. - Answer questions about the product - Utilize computer technology to handle high interaction volumes. - Work with operations manager to ensure the proper customer experience is being delivered. - Handle changes in policies or subscription renewals. - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. What We Seek: - Minimum educational requirement is 12th pass and above - 1 year’s work experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory - Prior experience in working in a hyper-growth startup environment would be an advantage - Candidate with online E-commerce experience will be preferred - Comfortable wearing multiple hats at a time - Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the marketing, sales, brand and strategy team in order to produce the desired output - Consistently seek to improve existing processes and strategies - Fluent in English, knowledge of Kannada will be a plus
