Responsibilities Answer calls / Emails/ Chat professionally to provide information about products, processes and services. Handle customer and educator escalations. Achieve best in class First-Time-Resolution rates and turnaround time for customer needs. Willing to walk the extra mile to deliver customer delight and best in world customer satisfaction scores. Maintain customer relationships, case histories and documentation. Leave customers and educators feeling supported and delighted after every interaction and in turn see the extent of your impact! Desired Profile You enjoy working with multiple cultures and beliefs, and to gender equity and inclusivity You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, unconventional work environments You nurture customer relationships and don't view them as transactional emails/calls.
