Roles & Responsibilities Ability to communicate complex issues in a friendly and easy to understand format Significant attention to detail To proactively identify opportunities to improve the service performance and inform immediate Supervisor. Respond to inbound Luxury calls and effectively consult customers or prospective customers regarding products. Responsible to effectively handle customer calls and provide appropriate level of service and issue resolution according to company guidelines while providing a superior customer experience. Appropriately escalate customer issues as and when necessary according to guidelines. To complete & meet all customers' requests as per defined guidelines Ensure FTR on calls and provide end to end resolution to avoid repeat calls from customers. Experience/Skill Set: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a 24x7 contact centre environment Desirable would be E-commerce experience. Excellent communication skills Qualification Required: - * Any Graduate/Post Graduate
