Job Description

Customer Success Manager - PGL: Customer Success team is a new team that will handhold an Enterprise client for the first 90 days period and ensure customer success - which is defined in terms of product usage, engagement level, NPS and churn. We are looking for skilled and savvy Customer Success Managers to oversee the relationships of the company with its clients. This team will ensure that all our customers are activated and successful within the first 90 days before they are handed over to the KAM team. Responsibilities: ● Understand customers’ business and program objectives. ● Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to fill those gaps. ● Discover and solve stated and not stated customer problems. ● Help build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with the customers ● Manage the entire customer lifecycle – onboarding, planning and implementation, deployment, activation, success for the sold suite of products and ongoing usage for initial 90 days ● Monitor customer usage throughout the customer lifecycle to not only identify and prioritize at-risk accounts but also run standardized plays to mitigate churn ● Manage account health and identify opportunities to improve product offering. ● Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback to Product, Content and other teams on how we can better serve our customers. ● Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and content and educate customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs ● Alongside the support teams, resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and manage complaints in order to maintain trust ● Educate customers on Cleartax best practices and self-service. ● Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues. Requirements: ● 3+ years of experience in large enterprise account management, preferably in the Fintech industry. ● Experienced in B2B business - using customer success software, CRM software, and Google Applications ● Prior knowledge of the ERP, taxation products will be a plus ● Bachelors and Masters degree ● Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable with difficult data/statistical concepts. ● Attitude to do go beyond the defined role to identify (RCA) and fix customer issues ● Should be comfortable with the Start-up way of working. ● Bias for Action and Audacity. ● Fanatical about customer success and tenacious at driving long-term customer value. ● Experience working with clients in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred. ● Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success at all levels. ● Good at Handling stressful situations and deadline pressures well ● A team player with the highest level of integrity. ● Strong communication
