Urgent requirement for Team Leader OPS Responsibilities: · To handle a teams of executives · Briefing the team about the recent updates. · Taking one on one sessions with the team about the performance. · Publishing the weekly and monthly reports to the team. · Controlling the unplanned leave and attractions. · Managing the queue as per the given SLA target. · Auditing the calls, Chats and Emails, giving feedback to the executive’s time to time. · Participating in call calibration with the quality team and understating the team performance. · Updating the team performance on weekly basis to the management. · Motivating the team in order to get the work done as per the given targets. · Coordination with client and other stack holder Skills & Qualification: · Graduate In Any Discipline · Minimum 1+ Years of Team Leader on paper. · Ready to work in any of the Shift timing. · Excellent in Communication and Presentable Skills · Customer centric experience · WFO only. · Both side cab facility · Willing to join ASAP · Preferred BGV experience Interested candidates who can join immediately can apply. Required Candidate profile Thai Language is must (B2 and B1 proficiency) Candidate must be flexible for Working from Office. Candidate also should be proficient enough in English.
