If you join this team: You will be responsible for hire, roster and mentor team members You willHandle escalations of the team. You will own the SLA and other KPI parameters of the process. You will drive projects to reduce the overall volume. You will be responsible for Audit, train and coach team members. You will be conducting your own weekly / monthly review of the team. You will work alongside centre manager on overall process improvement. We would love to see you on-board if : You should have min 2 years of experience as a team lead. You should have prior experience in any chat tool- like Genesys, Zoho, Freshdesk, etc, SFDC. You have experience in hiring, training and mentoring agents. You have experience in planning schedules, creating rosters, analyzing top chat contributors. You have excellent command over English. You have created process SOP, scripts and FAQ's for the team. You have working knowledge of auditing chats and sharing relevant. feedback with team members. You have analysed reports and create agent performance dashboards.
