Responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound Calls II Document Verification • Customer Verification Officer is part of the verification team and responsible for different tasks and activities related to the verification process. • Design and tailor the nature and the scope of verification work to address and uncover any address or identity irregularities, fraud, • Conducting a range or series of customer verification tasks to authenticate their genuine nature. • Perform pre sales checks by using appropriate verification tools. Investigate and report on any fraud or theft case customers. • Verification of client documents with concerned authorities to check authenticity and validity of data provided. • Provide approval for purchase of gold from the customers only after a thorough and fool proof system of verification has been executed. • Vouch and provide required verification support to the Verification team, operations team and the branch staff to cancel or go ahead with the purchase of used gold . • Prepare a verification update/ report on a monthly basis.
