Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing the overall data platform framework, ensuring that all components align with the strategic vision. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to create seamless connections between various systems and data models. The position demands a thoughtful approach to blueprinting the data platform, balancing technical requirements with organizational goals, and continuously refining the architecture to support evolving business needs. The architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the data infrastructure that supports enterprise-wide initiatives and drives innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data platform strategies to ensure scalability and performance.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to promote unified data architecture standards.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and data modeling techniques.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of large-scale database systems.
- Familiarity with data integration methods and tools to support complex data environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot database-related issues to maintain system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Database Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
