Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about AI/ML, have hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, and enjoy working on complex datasets, we want you to be part of our innovative projects!

Key Responsibilities:

AI/ML Modeling & Research:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for a wide variety of applications, utilizing complex datasets.
• Engage in research-oriented projects that explore the theoretical foundations of AI/ML algorithms.
• Apply advanced techniques such as supervised & unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, federated learning, and more.

NLP & LLM Optimization:

• Hands-on experience in designing, optimizing, and deploying Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems.
• Build RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) applications using available open-source LLM models and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience: 6+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Data Science (AI/ML).

Programming Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python programming for machine learning and deep learning tasks.

• AI/ML Expertise:

Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other popular libraries.

Expertise in supervised & unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, federated learning, Bayesian statistics, and optimization techniques.

• NLP & LLM:

Solid experience with NLP systems, tools, and frameworks, and optimizing LLM for AI applications.

• Cloud & HPC Environments:

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and high-performance computing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees (M.S./Ph.D.) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Experience with Databricks, Kubeflow, or similar tools for large-scale machine learning workflows.
• Knowledge of data visualization and tools for presenting insights from AI/ML models.
