Key roles for e-com manager (KRA) We are looking for a Ecommerce Manager (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER) Roles and Responsibilities Should have handled marketplace operations on amazon/flipkart, where the company directly sells on amazon/flipkart . Develop channel strategy, plans, budgets, and forecasts to increase brand presence to drive disruptive growth for the organisation. plan e-Commerce strategy and drive execution including but not limited to supply chain, pricing, merchandising, customer promotions, content, analytics. Continuously measure effectiveness and ROI of initiatives and apply learnings in ongoing strategies and plans.Analysing Marketing data - Impression/ Clicks / CTR/ Sales & deciding on the new strategies and performing SEO. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps. Develop an in-depth knowledge of parent needs and of local market trends and developments to formulate marketing strategies. Apply customer and market insights combined with creative thinking to define and shape the proposition to maximise appeal and relevance Develop the ecommerce strategy including pricing, products. Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.(collaboratively with the merchandising team to plan and maintain a sufficient stock holding) Online Product Management Ensures that products are merchandised while ensuring that products are simple to find, but yet maximising sales opportunities. Stock Availability monitor stock holding and report weekly on the site cover and work Maximise the profit contribution of e-Commerce sales through effective management of stock levels and accurate forecasting of sales Online sales budget control and forecasting identify and report on trends in trading performance and develop sales forecasts for peak trading periods online . Having knowledge of Raising dispute/cases for issues related to Inventory reconciliation, returns, multi channel fulfilment /and other related similar tasks. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,MS-Excel. Advanced Excel operations and functions like Filters, Sorting, & Pivot tables , for MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have effective communication so that he/she can effectively communicate with suppliers and other team members. Ensure the prices of the products and the offers on the website are updated and there is quality control Create potential customer base, sales and satisfaction across the GCC markets and territories and enhance the customer experience, execute customer order fulfilment, and maintain the organisation of the website. Analyse data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights Ensure to make a proper scheduling of deliveries and coordinate well with the delivery team to avoid getting delays Manage & grow business through E-commerce platforms like brand website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
