Responsibilities and Duties The candidate should be dealing with office related work  Attend walk-in or meet with potential students individually to assess the profile & counsel them from scratch till Visa application  Guide students & their parents through the (online) application, acceptance, registration, orientation, and evaluation processes.  Able to convert an aspiring candidate into a prospective lead.  Advise students on processes & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order to study Abroad.  Maintain the accurate & latest database on our platform  Following up with candidates by calls and emails  Scanning, Printing, Maintaining Students Records  IELTS Registration for coaching and exam  Should have a pleasing personality with good communication. Participate in exhibitions or seminar/ interview programs or other outreach activities to convert existing leads, generated by the Marketing / Manager / Other conversion generating activities Conduct other activities as part of ‘after-sales services’ and to maintain a relationship with ApplyCourses current students & alumni  Other office work assigned by reporting manager The desired candidate or institutions should : ■ Freshers may apply ■ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field from any Foreign University or previous experience in Study Abroad Education Counselling is an advantage ■Excellent spoken and written skills in English ■Excellent communications skills ■Deliver engaging and high-quality training to students ■1 year of working experience in the related field will be given preference. ■Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s ■The candidate should have computer knowledge.
