Enterprise Solution Architect
Project Role : Enterprise Solution ArchitectProject Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and transformational initiatives. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse offerings and capabilities to create comprehensive solutions that deliver maximum value. The architect ensures that these solutions are closely aligned with the strategic objectives of the client s organization, coordinating efforts across various teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution delivery and team efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integrated IT operations solutions.
- Experience in managing complex multi-service transformational projects.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business goals and client requirements.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within IT operations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
