Job Title: Event Management Executive Job Description 1. Manage calls, emails and other official communications 2. To identify business events and propose organization as co-host/partner for predefined scope. 3. Representing the Organization in Events 4. Handle social media channels for events related activities 5. Balance Logistics, Financial projections, negotiation, Vendor Management 6. Track event industry 7. Generate various reports as per management requirements 8. Provide inputs to creative designs and event marketing collaterals Identify, negotiate and onboard Event Participants (Sponsor, Stall, Delegate, Participant) from Internal and External Sources Skills & Others 1. Good English Communication 2. Quick Learner 3. Switch roles between Team Player & Team Leader 4. Be flexible and adapt to situations 5. Must travel with in city or outside 6. Good in oral, written and social media communication. 7. Multilingual is an added advantage. 8. Working with minimal supervision & open for cross reporting
