Coordinating and supervising in house staff such as security, housekeeping, technicians etc. 3. Maintaining inventory stock, bookkeeping & petty cash management 4. Keeping track of AMCs and repairs for in house amenities 5. Coordinating and monitoring repair and maintenance work done by vendors 6. Addressing and resolving resident’s complaints in a timely manner 7. Preparing reports as per Ecarma’s reporting standards and update the same to residents. 8.
