Job Description
Responsible managing the Billing and collection processes of the customer Key Tasks/Responsibilities:- 1.Invoicing - Managing the billing systems Preparation of invoices and submission to the customer on a timely basis as per the credit cycle. 2.Customer management/Collection- Following up the customer as on the receivables and updating the payment received in our internal systems.Performing account reconciliations. Producing monthly financial and management reports 3. Customer Management- Identifying the root cause behind overdue receivables and resolving with internal teams such as Business Development, invoicing team, Pricing Intelligence etc. for timely collections 4. Cash Application -Record and reconcile client payments against appropriate accounts on company ERP on the basis of remittance statement and AR report. Record receipts in appropriate accounts, identify and resolve payment discrepancies and answer client inquiries as needed 5. Debits -Performing reviews of debits received and maintaining clear data customer wise & identify posting issues, root cause analysis & develop action plans. Responsible managing the Billing and collection processes of the customer > HINDI LANGUAGE IS MANDATORY > COLLECTION PROCESS EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY *WORK FROM HOME IS FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS*
