Duties include but not limited to: • Must have a minimum of 6month to 1 year experience as a professional fish cutter or meat . • Must have working knowledge of seafood production equipment. • Demonstrated ability to fillet all types of whole fish in accurate and timely manner. • Ability to reduce processing costs but cutting and sizing portions accurately with good yields as well as meeting customer specs. • Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing. • Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing. • Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat. BUTCHERY CHEFS : • Proficiency in preparing high quality cuts of meats according to the desired specifications using company standards and adhering to all safety requirements • Should be willing to innovate & experiment with ingredients and possess good communication & time management skills. *Multitasking ability would be advantageous. • Previous experience working in a butchers shop or meat counter in a supermarket. • Boning, trimming, and cutting meat, demonstrating excellent knife skills. • Aspiring Chefs will have to demonstrate their culinary skills practically in the Food Trial Interview.
