Job Description

Responsibilities of candidate include: • Responsible for driving sales across the various outlets in the assigned territory. Responsible for meeting the assigned sales targets and to ensure product availability at all times in the assigned outlets. Responsible for maintaining freshness of the products and take day to day decisions in order increase brand awareness and enhance sales. • · Responsible for increasing distribution and volume across retail accounts (Wine shops, grocery stores/convenient stores) · Responsible for maintaining product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stocks. · Partnering with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received and business is growing at accounts. · Increase shelf space and position for AB InBev products. · Introduce new brands and packages where appropriate. · Ensure activation / guidelines securing incremental distribution, brand visibility, product facing and displays • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
