Full Stack Developer (.NET | Node.js | React) | Cloud & Agile Expertise

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable applications across the enterprise technology stack. This role involves developing robust backend services using .NET/.NET Core with Node.js, along with building dynamic, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React and Next.js. The developer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals, enhance system performance, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Proficiency in .NET / .NET Core (version 3.1 or higher) for backend development.

• Hands-on experience with Node.js for server-side application development.

• Expertise in React and Next.js for frontend application development.

• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Strong version control skills with Git.

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudFormation).

• Exposure to Python for scripting and automation tasks.

• Understanding of cloud-native and scalable architecture principles.

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET and Node.js.

• Build responsive, performant, and accessible frontend applications utilizing React and Next.js.

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and implement best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Integrate frontend components with backend services via RESTful APIs.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable applications, including testing and deployment.

Programming Languages:

• Essential: .NET / .NET Core, JavaScript, React, Node.js

• Preferred: TypeScript, Python (for scripting/automation)

• Essential: SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Preferred: NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

Cloud Technologies:

• Preferred: AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudFormation), Azure, or GCP cloud platforms

Frameworks & Libraries:

• Essential: React, Next.js, REST API development, .NET Core, Node.js

Security & Compliance:

• Familiarity with secure coding practices, data encryption, user authentication, and access control.

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development supporting enterprise-grade applications.

• Demonstrated expertise in backend development with .NET/.NET Core and Node.js.

• Rich frontend development experience with React and Next.js.

• Proven track record working within Agile teams, delivering scalable, highly available applications.

• Industry experience in finance, e-commerce, or enterprise IT solutions preferred; relevant experience in other sectors acceptable.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs integrating with frontend systems.

• Build and optimize interactive frontend applications to ensure responsiveness and high usability.

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to refine requirements, develop solutions, and implement features.

• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.

• Automate testing, deployment, and environment setup to support continuous delivery.

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve code quality.

• Maintain thorough documentation of application architecture, APIs, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

• 7+ years of proven experience in full-stack development, especially with .NET, Node.js, and React.

• Proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications in an enterprise environment.

• Certifications in cloud platforms or Agile practices are advantageous but not mandatory.
