Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This role combines strong expertise in backend development with .NET/.NET Core and Node.js, alongside frontend development using React and Next.js. The developer will collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, responsive solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires a focus on performance, security, and maintainability of applications.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Proficiency in .NET / .NET Core (version 3.1 or higher) for backend services.

• Hands-on experience with Node.js for server-side development.

• Strong expertise with React and Next.js for building responsive frontend interfaces.

• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Version control proficiency with Git.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2) or other cloud platforms.

• Exposure to Python for scripting or automation.

• Familiarity with cloud-native and scalable architectures.

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET, Node.js, and related technologies.

• Build dynamic, performant, and responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js.

• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other developers to design and implement new features.

• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and follow best practices for software quality and security.

• Integrate frontend components with backend systems via REST APIs to ensure seamless user experiences.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an agile environment.

• Test and deploy applications, ensuring high performance, security, and usability.

Consistent delivery of scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications fulfilling user and business requirements.

Technical Skills (By Category)

Programming Languages:

• Essential: .NET / .NET Core, JavaScript, React, Node.js

• Preferred: TypeScript, Python (for scripting/automation)

Databases/Data Management:

• Essential: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

• Preferred: NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB

Cloud Technologies:

• Preferred: AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, EKS, EC2) or equivalent cloud infrastructure

Frameworks & Libraries:

• Essential: React, Next.js, .NET Core, REST API design

• Preferred: Additional frontend libraries, microservices frameworks

Development Tools & Methodologies:

• Essential: Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Agile/Scrum

Security & Best Practices:

• Awareness of secure coding principles, API security, and data privacy standards.

Experience Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of proven full-stack development experience supporting enterprise applications.

• Extensive experience in backend development with .NET / .NET Core and Node.js.

• Strong frontend experience with React and Next.js.

• Demonstrated success working in Agile teams, delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Industry experience in finance, e-commerce, or digital enterprise systems preferred; relevant experience in other industries acceptable.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and enhance backend APIs and services aligned with project requirements.

• Build responsive web applications with React and Next.js.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings.

• Review code, optimize performance, and address technical debt.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment.

• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure quality standards.

• Document application architecture, implementation details, and deployment procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on .NET, Node.js, and React.

• Proven ability to deliver scalable web applications in an enterprise environment.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer) are advantageous.
