Job Summary:
As a Manager, you will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail media strategies aligned with client business objectives, including target audience identification, channel selection, and budget allocation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on retail media best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions.
- Lead the development of retail media solutions, incorporating strategic insights and creative recommendations.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate retail media platforms based on client needs and target audience, ensuring optimal platform utilization.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop robust reporting frameworks to track campaign performance and demonstrate value to clients.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and developing proposals for retail media services.
- Lead and mentor a team of retail media specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Build a network with key stakeholders, other team members and technology team to establish long-term relationships, helping grow the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, leading Retail Media Transformation projects across consumer companies globally within the Retail, E-commerce or Consumer Goods industry.
- Deep expertise across all ad products (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, etc.) is crucial. This includes understanding bidding strategies, targeting options, reporting metrics, and best practices for campaign optimization.
- Experience working with C level executives.
- An ability to work with the leadership to support business development and thought leadership.
- Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment both offshore and onshore locations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders.
- Strong client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals.
- Identify new opportunities, develop solutions, and own proposals end to end.
- Contribute to offering development skills to identify areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the offering
Additional Information:
- 13+ years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), technology, or logistics.
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of major retail media platforms (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Strategy, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Experience working across multiple industries.
- Experience in working with senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations.
- Experience in setting up and growing teams to meet needs across skills, geographies, and industries.
- Strong project management and/or leadership skills
