Good knowledge of any EDA / ECAD tool (Fusion 360 / Orcad / Altium Designer/ KI-CAD) Schematic entry and design entry. Component footprint/library creation as per the industrial standards. Good knowledge of PCB types, design and fabrication process at prototype level and mass production level. Good knowledge of Auto Routers and Manual Routing techniques and best practices and also follow the IPC layout design standards. Responsible for complete CAM Process, Gerber, BOM, layout, fabrication & assembly drawings. Knowledge of IPC-2221/2222/7351. Strong background with through hole, SMT, and BGA technologies using dual-sided assemblies, and multilayer boards. Help resolve technical queries from PCB fabricators and contract manufacturers. In-depth knowledge & Experience in Active and Passive components. Good knowledge of electrical and electronic circuit designs. Experience in Analog, Digital, Power and RF circuit designs. Experience in using Multi-meter, Oscilloscope, Function generator and power supplies are required. Good knowledge of national and international standards for circuit designs. Good knowledge of power supply designs including SMPS, Buck converter, Boost converters, various battery charging and protection circuits. Experience in various driver circuits such as Voltage driver, Current driver and frequency driver. Good knowledge in hardware troubleshooting. Experience in component soldering including SMD, ESD sensitive components. Responsibilities and Duties Will be solely responsible for developing the product. Will be working along with other departments. Willingness to go extra mile to get task done. Should be able to guide and lead the team in project completion.
