Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:  Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, , benefits, and training and development.  Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.  Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.  Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.  Design and conduct new employee orientations.  Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.  Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.  Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.  Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.  Develop, manage, organize and facilitate practices and programs to meet the strategic needs of the Organisation.  performance requirements and personal development targets and provide coaching for performance improvement and development.  Provide responsible staff assistance to the Director, Human Resources and Deputy Human Resources Director.  Attend and participate in professional group meetings; stay abreast of new trends and innovations in assigned area(s) of human resource management.  Respond to and resolve difficult and sensitive inquiries and complaints;. Additional Responsibility:  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :  Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  . Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.  .Manage a wide variety of activities and staff in a fast-paced environment.  Assign priorities and meet deadlines.  Use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.  Interpret, apply, explain and enforce applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies and procedures.  Demonstrate respect and sensitivity for cultural differences  Exercise tact, discretion and prudence.
