Responsibilities of candidates include: 1 Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance 2 Outstanding time management skills to ensure the completion of tasks in time 3 Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary 4 Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures 5 Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned 6 Routine inspection of Head Office premises 7 Negotiation with landlords & vendors for better deals 8 Maintaining updated trackers of branch premises. 9 Adhering to all kinds of compliances. 10 Coordinating with other departments for resolving the queries.
