Position : HR Business Consultant (Contract) Location: Bangalore Duration: 6 months Contract only Task details Unit description: We are the Employee Lifecycle Services Team that runs the HR technology and Digitization agenda with big vendors (SuccessFactors, ADP, WorkForce) and we close gaps with specific solutions. Our approach is fully supported by agile methodologies to ensure end-to-end responsibility, quicker time to market and to help us center our work on the customer experience we want to deliver. We look after the functional and technical aspects of these systems and advising HR how technology and its innovation can best support their topics and processes. We ensure smooth operations and support/drive projects to further develop and digitize solutions provided to line managers, employees, candidates and HR. Task description: You will support the strategic and operational recruiting priorities in the Employee Lifecycle Services Team. That means that you will develop and implement the process and product improvements into HR Recruiting systems like MyHR Recruiting in terms of specification, testing and documentation in our Agile/Scrum way of working. You will work in close collaboration with teams like HR Customer Experience, Recruiting Teams, your squad/team colleagues and external vendors, using your strong background in recruiting. In interaction with the responsible Product Owner and Scrum Master, you understand priorities and shape stories for the upcoming Product sprint. Skills Core skills required to be successful in this role: - Min 5 + Years of experience - Interested in HR Technology - Experience in Recruiting and knowledge of the Recruiting module of MyHR is a plus - Team player, proactive alignment with colleagues - Able to work independently, able to prioritise and eager to learn - Strong problem-analysis and -solving skills and commitment to quality and timely delivery - Understand the needs, systematically gather requirement across individual customers and translate those into technical specifications - Manage ambiguity - Excellent verbal and written English skills - Independent and curious thinker, with a creative and innovative mindset, willing to challenge and be proactive - SuccessFactors Recruitment module certification will be an added advantage for the consultants.
