Should ideate & organise Employee engagement activities on the work floor as per the proposed Calendar. · Offering counselling services to employees keeping in mind the company interest. · Participating in recruitment and on boarding process. · Performing employee background checks and verifying information. · Communicating HR policies, Process, SOPs, Benefits, Career path to employees. · Conducting exit interviews & do attrition analysis. · Should do Predictive Employee Attrition study & retain employees. · Collecting and analysing employee data. · Adhering to regulatory standards. · Representing the company at job fairs and campuses. · Looking after employee Induction/orientation and training. · Liaising between employees and management. · Managing employee complaints & its immediate redressal. · Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.
