Designation: Executive - HR / Senior Executive - HR Work Location: Next to Tamil Sangam, Annaswamy Mudaliar Road, Ulsoor Refer www.essmart-global.com to know more about the organization. Job Description: Source profiles using various reliable recruiting & selection tools/methods to filter candidates. Conduct interviews & provide necessary inputs during the hiring process. Follow-up with respective managers & candidates to ensure timeliness of hiring process. Generate offer letters & release it to the selected candidates. Conduct onboarding, new hire orientation, organize training & development initiatives. Issuance of offer letter, appointment letter, ID cards, business cards, confirmation letter, appraisal letter, etc. Leave & Attendance management of the employees in HR Portal. Maintain HR records & regularly update master database, personal file, etc. of each employee. Assist with team on day-to-day operations of the HR functions & duties. Implement & administer performance management process as per the timelines. Communicate & explain the organization's HR policies to the employees. Play a key role in implementation of Employee Engagement Programs. Engage with employees on a regular basis for progress reviews & assessments & to understand the motivation levels of employees. Promote a positive & open work environment where employees feel comfortable to discuss issues, if any. Conduct various fun activities, initiatives programs & ensure maximum employee’s participation. Address queries & grievances of employees in a timely manner. Skills required: Good communications skills. Minimum 1 year experience in HR domain. Graduate in Human Resources or relevant degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong in recruitment processes and platforms. Excellent interpersonal skills to stay connected with employees at all levels.
