Responsibilities of candidates includes: • hiring candidates • ensuring business needs for hiring are met • must have experience in hiring at multiple levels Take the interview of the recruiters. Make the joining documents of recruiters. Convey the Policies and rules to the employees. Maintain the records of employees. Track the daily attendance of the employees. Performing the entire gamut of talent acquisition - Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and processing with the department managers for various positions, do salary negotiation, rolling out offers and joining follow-ups within the TAT. Conducting Employee Engagement Activities within the Unit. Conducting Induction and Training related to Soft Skills, Grooming and Telephonic Etiquette. Liaison with Departmental HOD’s and Central Team to carryout various HR and L&OD related activities with maximum participation. Managing database, salary fitment and assisting Unit HR in day to day operations. Helping in salary process if required Covering everyone in the hospital under a training plan Preparing monthly and collecting training calendars Collecting training attendance from department in charges and coordination for trainings Maintaining employees training records in personal files Accreditations - Implementing & maintaining NABH standards Job Types: Full-time,
