Job Description - HR Manager The HR Manager is responsible for providing strategic people practices, process management and will closely partner with business stakeholders and reports to CEO. Primary Responsibilities:  Responsible for ensuring timely, prompt and efficient delivery and implementation of all people services  Lead HR function viz. Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Payroll Management, manage end to end people life cycle.  Ensure effective implementation and smooth functioning of the HR framework and policies  Competency mapping, handling employee engagement, appraisal and performance management system  Partner to establish strong people and culture practices  Assures a work environment that recruits, retains and promote the culture of rewards and recognition resulting people retention practices  Manage Employee grievance & conflicts through interventions  Partner with senior leadership towards achieving the larger business objectives Candidates with experience in Service Oriented Organisations will be preferred.
