Designation: HR Manager Roles and Responsibilities • Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process. • Onboarding newcomers to the company by conducting the induction • Calculating suitable salaries and remuneration for the various designations • Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements. • Developing adequate induction and training for staff. • Develop and maintain employee personal files, salary files, statutory files, attendance registers, leave cards • Issue salary slip to employees as a summary of their earnings per month. Complete f and f procedures. • Develop and issue the following employee related documents - Offer, appointment letter, employment agreement, increment and other letters. • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, execute and maintain all the statutory records. • The impact of employee engagement on employee retention, their wellbeing and productivity must be at the forefront of HR initiatives. • Play a lead role in planning and execution of the main festival related activities and celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays and official events. • Handling employees’ personal or professional issues. (grievances, professional growth plans, health matters) • Conduct exit interviews and keep them confidential. Study the attrition rate and identify patterns that could be the major cause. Plan and implement strategies to reduce the trend. • Develop and manage effective communication methods to aid implementation of policies within the organization.
