• Add/remove/modify the print queues in Dazel. • Configure print queues onto the system. • Troubleshooting knowledge on print queues errors and reach out to respective teams and to IT support to visit onsite to check on the printers physically • At least 5 years’ experience in Maestro and dazel support • Experience with Maestro server configuration and upgradation. • Having knowledge on roll back of the the delete maestro jobs. • Knowledge on Dazel print queues. • Requires 24x7 on call support on a rotating basis. • Recommend process improvements to existing operational support models • Perform TWS client and server configuration. • Create / Modify / configure / delete Jobs based on the received forms. • Monitor jobs through its completion. • Troubleshoot Jobs and provide required information of job run to the application owners. • TWS client agent installs on Linux/Unix servers. • Knowledge on segues web client (in place of the native TWS web portal) is used to orchestrate the job scheduling. • TWS server installs and upgradation.
