Job Description & Summary:
Clients are now seeking guidance on how cloud can help them digitize operations, modernize applications, extend supply chain visibility and create seamless digital customer journeys that reflect the realities of a connected world.
PwC India is looking at establishing itself as a leader in this space. It is therefore investing in a strong Cloud & Analytics practice with highly charged sales professionals who can help shape the digital future of our clients. This JD is for a Key Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
You will be assigned 4-5 key enterprise accounts that are in PwC’s high priority lists. You will work with PwC’s market coverage teams to identify opportunities for app modernization, cloud, enterprise data lakes and AI-powered analytics.
You will position solutions tailored to each client that bring together PwC’s consulting expertise, existing assets, provider partnerships and innovative startups. As opportunities progress, you will craft proposals that balance client value with PwC’s profitability.
You will scan the market for emerging technologies and trends in industries your clients are in to keep your skills cutting edge and make your customer interactions more valuable.
Key Result Areas:
Achieving revenue targets through successful solution sales at acceptable margins
Strategic wins with marquee clients and creating customer testimonials
Must have background and experience:
10-15 years of experience, with 7+ in technology or cloud sales
Key account management experience with enterprise clients in India, experience engaging C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
Experience in digital transformation across application modernization, data & analytics and customer experience
Experience collaborating with cloud and analytics providers (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake) and ecosystem partners to deliver integrated solutions
Ability to work across teams to drive success
Good to have background and experience:
Exposure to BFSI or healthcare sectors
Understanding of emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and edge computing, and their role in enterprise transformation
