Inside Sales Executive


What You’ll Do:

  • Call potential & existing customers to pitch EV products & services
  • Understand customer needs & suggest the right solutions
  • Convert leads into sales & build strong customer relationships
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, & messages
  • Maintain & update sales records in CRM software
  • Achieve & exceed sales targets & performance metrics
  • Handle customer queries, objections & concerns effectively
  • Work with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies


What We’re Looking For:

  • 6 months - 4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales
  • Background in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales preferred
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle sales pressure & achieve targets
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office is a plus
  • Fluency in Hindi/English (Regional languages are an advantage)
