Inside Sales Executive
What You’ll Do:
- Call potential & existing customers to pitch EV products & services
- Understand customer needs & suggest the right solutions
- Convert leads into sales & build strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, & messages
- Maintain & update sales records in CRM software
- Achieve & exceed sales targets & performance metrics
- Handle customer queries, objections & concerns effectively
- Work with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months - 4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales
- Background in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales preferred
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Ability to handle sales pressure & achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office is a plus
- Fluency in Hindi/English (Regional languages are an advantage)
