The candidate should be familiar with the interior design industry, with minimum 2 -3 years experience. Role and Responsibility Lead design projects. Take responsibility for customer experience through the project lifecycle. Own and nurture sales funnel and drive sales closure. Lead and own design and production for projects. Your qualifications Minimum Experience 2 yrs as an Interior Designer Experience working as a Freelance designer or Design Partner Excellent knowledge of Design tools (CAD, Sketchup, Enscape/Vray/Lumion) Working knowledge of Google Spreadsheets, PPT presentations Should know how to prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project design. Holds design expertise in Concept design (layout, style, mood boards, theme board) Technical design (Material knowledge, production drawing and drawing presentation) Understanding how modular design works. (Details, limitations of modular, etc) Should have an understanding of how carpentry works.
