Job responsibilities include: Analyze the WHI and PR forms to see if all the information is present and accurate. Send the form back to office if any other information is needed/missing.  Follow the WHI process flow for calling and completing the form. Make sure to complete the forms within the given TAT (turnaround time) and with 100% accuracy. Respond back to the office with the completed form on the second day from the received date The primary task is to call the Employers and get the work history information regarding the prospect. The process involves Call, Fax and Email if requested by the employer.  Must be efficient in managing the accuracy and productivity based on the TAT (turn around time) set by the organization. He/She must show the willingness to learn new things. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must discuss every matter with the supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted. Giving a resolution to each form assigned should be their whole and sole responsibility, unless escalated. Must efficiently set goals and work, so to maintain highest level of quality while providing service to the clients. Job Requirements: Any Degree with minimum of 1(or) 2yr of experience in Voice process. Should be willing to work at night shift without cab. Basic Excel knowledge and strong writing and oral communication skills. Preference will be given to healthcare BPO professionals with experience in voice processes, good typing and interpersonal skills, along with a good overall performance track record.
