ROLE OBJECTIVE To Ensure smooth flow of material & maintain inventory levels to achieve production target Production Co-ordination for delivery KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Prepare monthly, Weekly & daily Production plans 2 Prepare Material procurement plan & Issue schedules to vendors / purchase 3 Ensure uniformity and on time availability of material. 4 ensure on time delivery to customers in coordination with production & Inspection Teams 5 Maintain desired inventory levels 6 Reduce Stock o slow moving & non- moving items TECHNICAL SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE 1 SAP working knowledge to PP & MM module (MRP) 2 Production and Process Knowledge 3 Vendor Capacities and Process Knowledge ( Production Planing, Man Power, Control Material planning, Inventory Control, Materials Follow up ISO documents Maintaining & ERP & SAP Materials management (MM). EHS Management system & QHSAS implementation, Store Management SAP, MM, & PP. Production Scheduling, Store Planning production Management, Planing Engineering, Daily Production, Inventory Control, Material Control, Inventory Management, Shop floor Control)
