Job Title: Inventory Manager/Warehouse Manager Company: Computer Hardware Company Location: Bangalore Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager/Warehouse Manager to oversee our computer hardware company's inventory and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate tracking and management of all inventory and for maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the inventory and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of computer hardware and related products. Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory levels through regular physical counts and system updates. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels. Manage the warehouse team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment. Collaborate with the purchasing department to identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies. Manage the maintenance and repair of all warehouse equipment and facilities. Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in inventory management and warehouse operations, preferably in a computer hardware or related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
