Roles and Responsibilities: Work on latest edge Cloud computing to solve difficult, manual and repeatable tasks for users adopting Cloud technologies like AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft and more Support business with IT changes in Salesforce and other SaaS and server applications running on AWS, DevOps, reporting through SQL, 3rd party application maintenance and management, Task management, Change request management, Security and industry best practices and certifications like SOC2 audits and more.  Develop understanding of not just software development, but also how to design, develop and launch a product from concept to high customer use.  Vendor Management - Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts  Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals  Analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs and participate in the development of IT requirements.  Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency  Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts  Develops and maintains an appropriate IT project structure.  Oversees employee capacity planning for project work, daily operations, and issue resolution.  Manage project portfolios; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and budgets as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.  Conducts information technology demand planning and forecasting and the supported business.  Ensures project managers and associated staff perform the duties and responsibilities assigned  Drives improvements (technology, process & data) and best practices.  Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.  Analysis, designs, documents, and implements internal reporting systems and procedures for the organization or business entity, within a specified functional area of operation, as applicable to the specified functional area of focus.  Designs, coordinates, and implements training programs for personnel within the organization and its components regarding the nature and application operating policies and procedures.  Manages and/or provides day-to-day leadership to various technical, professional, and/or administrative personnel engaged in specified project activities, as appropriate to the position.  Responsible for leading, mentoring and auditing the quality control for the technical support team for medium complexity application Skills and Qualification Required:  7+ years of experience managing IT for a company  Experience in SOC2, Linux and AWS  Has experience in Data integration between various cloud applications, Databases, CRM, ERP & Accounting tools like QuickBooks.  Hands on Certification in either Salesforce or AWS management, SQL, BI  Certification or similar experience in ITIL processes, SOC2 audit experience a plus.  Bachelors in IT or similar, MBA preferred  Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.  Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills  Strong analytical skills and passionate about answering questions with data Work Shift: U.S. (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)
