Position: IT Recruiter (Domestic) Business: Global IT Services | Vertical: HR| Sub Vertical: Business HR - TA | Job Level: L7 | Job location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune (WFH is also available) Eligibility Criteria/Required Skills: · Years of Experience – 1 to 4 years · Qualification- – Graduation/MBA · Domain – IT · Must have experience in IT Recruitment, Permanent, C2H staffing. · Should be a go-getter and able to lead by example · Good communication skills – both verbal and written · Pleasant and professional behavior · Able to withstand work pressure and deliver results consistently Roles and Responsibility · Analyze the market to develop & implement sourcing plans in Technology Vertical · Actively develop a healthy sourcing pipeline to meet target using various channels cost effectively viz. social media, partners · Proactively penetrate untapped market segments and contribute individually to have a steady flow of quality profiles · Work closely with the stake holders (global / domestic) to identify priorities, discuss challenges to ensure timely closures to ensure manpower fulfilment priorities are met · Manage interview logistic, negotiate and roll out offer, manage pre-joining process, onboarding activities for candidates · Understand terminologies used in offer; calculate take home from CTC/ gross and ability to conduct offer related conversations effectively · Able to maintain and present MIS on recruitment metrics highlighting positions closed as per agreed SLA and TAT · Contribute productively during Audits Notice Period - 15days max/ Immediate joiners preferred
