1. Must have worked on MINIMUM 1-2 end to end implementation of CRM/ERP Projects directly. 2. Responsible for implementing the entire functionality of the CRM/ERP system across departments like sales, accounting, manufacturing, operations, customer support as per the agreed functional specifications and process 3. Understand business needs, Conduct Workshop to collect customer needs during the elaboration and able to suggest best Practice to the business and Team 4. Provide training and support for new system features for end-users and power users. 5. Attend daily stand-ups for business analysts and other agile ceremonies as needed. 6. Work with the technical team to implement the complex requirement.
