Job Role: KanTime is a cloud-based healthcare platform entrusted by thousands of caregivers for delivering quality healthcare and improving patient outcomes. Our product line facilitates healthcare across the entire continuum of care, including Non-Skilled, Skilled Home Health and Hospice. We are looking for Candidates to join our Product Support Team. Job Description: A Project Support Analyst is responsible for supporting US customers using Home Health Care Products. Provides intermediate technical direction and assistance to customers regarding the use of the product lines and facilitates account management. Responsibilities may include responding to complex questions and concerns, serving as an expert in a single technology or working with multiple application technologies. Main responsibilities: 1. Develop a deep understanding of Home Health Care Product, ensure consistent personal development and understanding of company products and services. 2. To respond to the requests / issues reported by Customer predominantly through Voice Interaction and through email, tickets. 3. To identify, investigate and diagnose the issue and work closely with product engineering team to rectify any problems. 4. Develop and maintain customer relationships ensuring expectations are met, issues are resolved and satisfaction is guaranteed. 5. Follows the ticketing life cycle as defined by process by logging the ticket with proper priority, categorization and documentation, performs follow up on all necessary tickets as defined in process with customer and development team to ensure timely closure. 6. Problems/Requests/Issues are communicated effectively and translate customer needs/requirements into clearly defined and detailed written product requirements and receiving proper management attention. Support Hours:US Shift (Between 6pm to 6am IST) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ● Experience with handling International customers (Preferable US) ● Experience as Business/Technical Support Analyst. ● Excellent Verbal and Written Communication and Analyzing Skills. ● Ability to translate product issues into tickets for engineers to work on. ● Interpersonal and communications skills, including ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences. ● Time-Management, Organization, and Critical Thinking Skills. ● Aptitude - Ability to learn and institute new concepts.
