Lead Data Analyst

As the Lead Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping key business decisions through data. Your expertise will drive the development and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, data automation, dashboards, and performance metrics that support our business objectives. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting, driving insights that lead to strategic growth.

What You'll Do:

• Understand Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and develop processes for effective data analysis and reporting.
• Develop Analytics Solutions: Select, configure, and implement analytics solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights for business teams.
• Maintain Data Systems: Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Optimize Data Processes: Manage processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate Insights: Clearly convey the results and business impacts of data initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor Data Quality: Ensure data availability and quality across internal tools and platforms, developing processes for ongoing monitoring.
• Support Stakeholders: Establish and maintain data support and reporting needs for stakeholders across the company.

What You'll Bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, statistics, economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in data/business analytics.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau, DBT, SQL, DWH. Preferred to have Amplitude experience.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Leadership: Ability to lead a team and take ownership from conceptualization to execution.

Technical proficiency for both roles: Tableau, DBT, SQL, Amplitude, and Data Warehousing (DWH)

Location: Bengaluru, Hybrid (WFO 3 days a week)
