Job Accountabilities-: 1) Documentation work related to properties, verification and preparation of documents, registration of documents under “Transfer of Property Act”, at concenred Sub-Registrar Offices, Providing Legal Opinions. 2) Should handle the matters related to MVC, Civil cases, consumer cases. 3) Setting up model contract, agreement and MOU formats to be used in all transactions of the company. 4) Preparing Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, JDA, GPA and any other deeds and documents required time to time. 5) Providing briefs to the HOD/retained legal counsel and track and resolve all open legal cases. 6) To Support the Department to timely closure of all contracts; track and flag timely renewals. 7) Maintaining all statutory records and registers as per requirements. 8) Obtaining necessary licenses required to set up a project. 9) Should be good at typing. Should have minimum English knowledge to prepare the deeds and documents of their own and to communicate with clients.
