Inviting applications for the role of Manager- ETL Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient ETL processes and data pipelines. They will collaborate with various teams to integrate data from various sources into our data warehouse and ensure its accuracy and integrity. This role requires expertise in ETL tools, data warehousing concepts, and experience with AWS Glue Jobs, S3, Redshift, and other relevant technologies is a plus. The candidate needs to have very good proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL) and python/ pyspark .

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into our data warehouse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data integration needs.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines (using AWS Glue Jobs), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Design optimized ETL workflows for performance and cost-effectiveness, leveraging AWS services.
• Document ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ETL, data warehousing, and cloud technologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on ETL-related matters.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/skills

• Proficiency in ETL tools and techniques, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience working with AWS Glue Jobs, S3, Redshift, and other AWS services.
• Familiarity with building and managing ETL pipelines in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
